Today was my first day of work at NTUC Trade Union Congress located at One Marina Boulevard... ... Reported at 9am with another new staff, went to do our pass, supervisor introduced colleagues to us, then each of us are attached to one senior. I was the youngest in my team =)
We concentrated more on the membership part as our new project we will be handling membership application form. We sat beside our seniors and saw how they ans the customers enquiries, and how the system works. Different customers asked different questions and some of their questions were very funny =x
Feel that customer service this line is not suitable for me becos i couldn't sit in the office for whole day. Still rem that when i was a promoter, i stand the whole day without complaining leg pain (except when i wear high heels), when there was no customers, i can walk around and talked to other promoter. But as for now being a customer service officer, i have to sit whole day (butt will become big and flabby), when there is no customer, i cannot walk around and talk to colleagues. But luckily i still can have a bite when there is no customer. Anyway, although this line is not suitable for me, i feel that the colleagues there are very friendly and take very good care of me.
