After work, went to my opp house's park and ran again. Yesterdae i ran 1 round non-stop and today improved by running 2 round non-stop haha =p determination!!!! will run every mon-thurs, then sun is my swimming day haha. Sis reached home slightly late so i went back to interchange to collect the shirt which i reserved yesterdae 1st before we went running =) Peishan bought 1 boyfriend shirt too... ...
Hoping that by doing exercise can make me slim and healthy =)
